Produced with pomace from Moscato grapes, distilled using Poli’s specially developed vacuum pot still. This method preserves the rich aromas of the grape pomace, resulting in a spirit with tropical fruit notes of pineapple, mango, and citrus, finished with a touch of oak.

Cleopatra Amarone
Crafted from the pomace of Moscato Fior d’Arancio and Moscato Bianco, distilled in Poli’s innovative vacuum bain-marie copper pot still at a low temperature of 54°C. This process lowers the boiling point, allowing the widest range of aromas to be retained in the spirit.
