This mead is crafted using premium lychee honey as the single floral source, harvested by small-scale farmers in the mountainous region of Wufeng. By additionally infusing the brew with rich Osmanthus from Nantou, during the steeping process, the taste and aroma of the honey wine are elevated with layers of complexity.
