【SIÓS BRUT ROSÉ】A pure, single-varietal masterpiece that captures the elegant soul of 100% Pinot Noir. Displaying a delicate pale salmon hue, it is crafted from hand-harvested grapes that undergo a remarkably gentle pressing. This meticulous extraction preserves a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberries, fresh peaches, and cherries, which seamlessly blend with creamy, subtle notes of pastry and curd. Following secondary fermentation and extended aging on the lees for at least 18 months, the palate reveals a beautiful harmony of crisp acidity and a fine, persistent mousse, culminating in a clean, refreshing, and beautifully elongated finish.
