POLI Amorosa di Settembre – Young Grappa
A fresh, unaged Grappa distilled from Vespaiolo white grapes, offering full, vibrant aromas and a light, smooth palate—often described as “perfume-grade” Grappa.
The handcrafted glass bottle, inspired by the distillation process and adorned with copper wire, highlights its refined elegance.
Vespaiolo, native to the Breganze region, derives its name from “Vespa” (wasp), as its floral fragrance often attracts bees during harvest.
Introduced in 1983, Amorosa di Settembre is one of the few Poli grappas made from white grape pomace. Unlike red grape pomace, which arrives already fermented, Vespaiolo pomace requires in-house fermentation before distillation. Poli’s artisanal, discontinuous distillation method, followed by at least 12 months of resting in stainless steel tanks, results in a delicate, elegant spirit highly appreciated by younger consumers and women.
