Made with handpicked ripe plums from Meishan in Kaohsiung, these fruits are grown at high altitudes where cool air and generous sunlight help develop rich aromas and dense, flavorful flesh — a gift nurtured by the mountains.

The plums are steeped in rice wine brewed from premium Penglai rice, resulting in a pure and gentle base that highlights the natural complexity of the plum.
