Produced just once a year, Tomuwine's plum wine is made with no added flavoring — only time, patience, and nature’s gifts. We use hand-selected plums from Meishan, Kaohsiung, where the high-altitude climate brings cool air and ample sunlight, nurturing plums with firm flesh and rich, aromatic character.
The plums are gently steeped in a base of rice wine brewed from premium glutinous rice (Penglai rice), resulting in a sake that is clean, smooth, and free of harshness — allowing the natural flavors of the fruit to shine through.
Upon opening, the Green Plum Edition reveals a refreshing plum aroma balanced by a delicate hint of rice. The higher acidity of the green plum offers a slightly tart and crisp sensation, with a lingering sweet and mellow finish — much like a first encounter with someone shy and tender.
