Grown on variegated marl and mineral-rich Keuper soil. The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted, and after approximately 24 hours of skin contact, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel. A soft and full-bodied wine with aromas of pear, red apple, and white currant. Pairs well with grilled fish, white meat, salads, poultry, and asparagus.
