The Trentino Alto Adige region of Italy is undoubtedly a symbol of the Italian mountain spirit. This uniquely blessed land boasts verdant meadows, pristine forests, towering peaks, crystal-clear streams, and the glaciers of the Brenta Dolomites, nurturing cool, pure spring water. For 170 years, the Dolzan family at Château Vida has upheld the traditional distilling techniques of this beautiful land, treating nature with immense passion and respect, and preserving ancient mountain farming practices such as high-altitude barley cultivation. This Mountain Whisky undergoes a long aging process in oak casks, followed by a second maturation in casks of Amarone, the king of Italian wines. The first global edition is limited to 1857 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Exhibits a noble delicacy and rich layers, with notes of ripe berries accompanied by pleasant spiciness of cinnamon, vanilla, dark chocolate, and roasted almonds.

Taste: Smooth and refined on the palate, with a finish that evokes the sweetness of cherry jam and a light spice note.
